Steel construction makes this self-closing and self-locking carabiner strong and safe. An industry standard, the 2000112 has an 11/16 in. gate opening with 3600 lbs. integrity from forces in any direction.

This carabiner meets or exceeds the ANSI Z359-2007 requirements as well as all of OSHA's standards requirements.

The Saflok carabiners are easy to operate even when wearing work gloves. They are an ideal tool for tough tower climbing work where carabiners are put to the test day after day.

The 2000112 replaces the 2000523 carabiner, meeting the new higher-strength requirements.
