With an O-ring on one end and a D-ring that slips through it at the other, the 5900551 steel cable tie-off adapter can be used as an anchorage point for personal fall arrest, work positioning, rescue systems or fall restraint. It can also be used as a connector for a horizontal lifeline as long as its use is supervised by a qualified person and the system is designed for this type of connection.

With a 5,000 lb. minimum tensile strength the Cable Choker from DBI-SALA meets all applicable safety standards including OSHA standards for fall arrest systems and the rigorous ANSI Z359.
